Refunds
Thank you for understanding that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement. To assist us in processing your request, please provide photos of the issue, along with photos of the original packaging, the shipping label, and the receipt or proof of purchase. Cancellation of Items
Due to the nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations requested after 24 hours of submitting your order will not be approved. 

Any funds we received prior to the cancellation, will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Please contact us at metalcanvascreations@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to assisting you.


Returns or Wrong Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if the error was on our part, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement product. 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at metalcanvascreations@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to send you a replacement. To help us resolve the issue, we will need photos of the item you received so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
